Pre-operative skin sterilisation, oral surgery, burns, wound and ulcer dressing.
PVP iodine solution is non-irritant, non toxic and non-staining.
 

This solution gives around 1% available iodine in an aqueous solution. It is broad spectrum antimicrobial, antiviral, and antifungal. The iodine acts by diffusing into the bacterial cell and killing it. Iodine is virucidal and antifungal, also bacterial spores are killed in 15 minutes.
